Life has evolved on this planet for several billion years. Humans have been here for 50 million. As with all life, humans took the DNA structures from earlier life and used it for their development. The USA National Search Lab, funded by the DOD and separated from traditional methods has used engineering techniques to develop programs that solve problems in weather, earthquakes, and health care. Famous Polish scientist Gustav Andre Mokshevski has shown us that nothing is more important than “Goot Enchineerrink” as he said it with a Polish accent. This is known as the Mokshevski Doctrine. All engineering important to the well being of human beings on this planet are either forces, energy, or information. The engineering of forces was accomplished with the publication of Isaac Newton’s Principia in 1687 after a struggle by Galileo, Brahe, and Kepler.
Energy engineering became possible with the surprising discovery of the mechanical equivalent of heat (MEH) by Prescot Joule in 1850. Since then 150 years of extensive research now tells us in great detail our energy requirements for all activities including those of our internal organs.
Information engineering does not exist and will not exist until the value of entropy, which is many trillions of times greater than energy, can be calculated. This will not happen until politicians, journalists, Donald Trump, Sara Palin, Larry king, Robert McNeill, and all those types, get their fat ass out of the way. Meanwhile the National Search Lab has developed programs that can predict and modify hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes, cure cancer, autism, and Alzheimer’s. In other words we have caught the whole human race with their pants down. It is up to all people, this includes YOU, to change who controls the Information World.
The programs created by NSL must be conducted or all government work will fail. NSL has developed programs which must be run now. NSL will describe in detail the required activities. The government must financially support this work. It is necessary for the successful engineering of weather, geology, healthcare, and much more.
What You Don’t Know

The first law of thermodynamics is the law of energy, the second law of thermodynamics is the law of entropy, and every process that lakes place in Nature, whether it be mechanical, electrical, chemical, or biological, must proceed in conformity with these two laws.”
All of our present leaders are completely ignorant of the human need to know our entropy in addition to our energy. When they do, good engineering, peace, health, and happiness will come to the earth. THIS IS GUARANTEED !!!
There are three reasons why the present definition of entropy is incorrect when applied to human activities: 1) The required research has never been done; 2) The classical definition by Boltzmann in 1900 uses Sterling’s approximation which hides the true tremendous size of entropy and therefore information; 3) Claude Shannon and John Von Neumann decided to call an electrical equation Shannon developed “entropy” because they said that no one understands entropy and it would give them the advantage at meetings. (I do not criticize Shannon for this ploy but I criticize all who have blindly accepted it. I would do the same thing if it would get people to listen.)
In1968 Ed Heinemann, K. E Van Every, and myself opened an office in San Diego to bring back good engineering to the World. It has been lost since Windows and all its derivatives have captured all of our leaders away from proper engineering. We have developed methods for weather, earthquakes, and health care, which must be adopted by all, this includes YOU, or failure is guaranteed.
